Coordination Effectiveness Measuring of Resources, Environment, Economy and Society

Coordinated development of resources, environment, economy and society in Henan province during the years of 1990-2007 as an example is made by empirical research. Conclusions such as physical capital investment and energy are important input factors, the utilization of number of employed persons is low, and inputs of resources and the environment made inadequate contribution to the social system performance are made.
