Abstract
In the produce of HFIW(High frequency induction welding) pipe, HAZ(Heating area zone) temperature distribution is the most decisive factor of welding quality. In this paper, HFIW pipe production system, based on comprehensive consideration of the magnetic field boundary conditions and material properties of the highly nonlinear and other issues, the establishment of a tube of three-dimensional finite element model. Analysis of Φ 219mm steel pipe produced by a factory is made, and find out HAZ temperature distribution impact of various opening angle section shape (I, V, ∧ and X shape). And put forward to improve the X-shaped cross section, significantly reduces the temperature difference between the direction of weld along the wall, improved the quality of welding.
