Survey on Early Warning of TBT Based on Information Technology

Along with the development of international trade, traditional barriers like tax and limitation are gradually wearing off and Technical barriers to trade (TBT) which care about health, life and environment, are having much heavier effect on international trade. Because of TBT, our export trade suffers great economic loss. In order to defend TBT set by developed counties effectively, based on the research achievement of one national society and science fund project and two Beijing natural science fund projects that has been finished recently, this paper analyzes the theory of TBT, discusses the indexes system on early warning, summarizes models and methods on TBT early warning and introduces the most critical technologies used in TBT early warning system. Also, it gives deeper suggestions on present research.
