Abstract :
The adaptation of freeway to economy development is a sustaining and dynamic process, which presents a state from adaptation to no adaptation and to adaptation. The decision on the reconstruction and extension time of freeway is an important macroscopical decision-making matter. On the basis of analyzing the service level of freeway and the principle of trigger point mechanism, this paper has constructed time decision-making model of freeway reconstruction and extension and put forward the application method of the model. Besides, taking the Shui Guan freeway reconstruction and extension project in Shenzhen as example, an empirical analysis has been made to check the feasibility and efficiency of the model, which provides decision basis to determine reconstruction and extension time.
