Abstract :
In order to fill the internal holes in the infrared image segmentation, based on the features of infrared image object, a modified segmentation algorithm for infrared image is proposed. The algorithm , Firstly, the aircraft image is segmented by Ostu method. Then, the contour of object is extracted by contour tracking. Finally, the whole region of object is filled by scan line filling algorithm. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can the effective extraction of the object region.
