Abstract :
Plug-in door system has advantage to reduce the noise coming from outer side of vehicle. Air type plug-in door system has been already developed and operated in several lines. But some critical element including motor and Door Control Unit (DCU) has not yet developed and imported from several countries. In addition, the electric plug-in door system is not yet developed. So a number of electric plug-in door systems have been imported for the operating authority to reduce vehicle interior noise and insure reliability of the door system. Because just some companies have the development technology for the electric plug-in door, the door has to be imported with paying a high price. To solve these problems, electric plug-in door system has been developed to respond to domestic and foreign markets with adopting the Korean operating condition, and serving economic and dramatically improved performance. In this paper, we will deal with the role of several units of plug-in. I hope this paper contribute to the electric controlled plug-in door system.
