Abstract
This paper studies the switching sequences for Neutral-Point-Clamped SVPWM. Generalizes the combinations of three-segment switching state sequences, rules for minimizing the switching losses, and for the avoidance of 2-level phase voltage change are given. The PWM scheme using these rules is devised for eliminating even order harmonics in asymmetrical uniform sampling. Simulation results prove the effectiveness of the PWM scheme both in the steady state and in highly dynamic process.
