  • Abstract
    Through researching the key technology of product design, this paper put Six Sigma, which is a brand-new management mode, into new product design. It applies the DFSS to improve the product design flow, and also uses some research methods, such as flow chart, Pareto Chart, KANO, etc., to preliminarily construct the DFSS which is used in product designing. It offers a certain reference in promoting the correct development of product design and the improvement of design flow, enhance the efficiency of product development and improve the quality of design. It verifies the practical significance of Six Sigma in approaching or avoiding risks happening in new product development by actual design cases.
