Abstract :
Nowadays, the services supply chains and widespread applications of E-commerce carry on attentions from researchers. If we set an E-commerce platform for the products of services supply chains, the macroscopic products can be transacted as merchandise through E-commerce. However, e-commercial websites use the traditional twain reputation mechanism to show reputation of each merchant. Under this mechanism, individual judgments could be ineffective. This paper suggests a singular reputation mechanism for the services supply chains. It focuses on the design method of the singular reputation mechanism under the continues-time Markov decision process (CTMDP). Besides, the paper discusses the sensitivity of the model and provides a guideline for setting the reputation mechanism. The singular reputation mechanism constructed by this paper shows a new idea of services supply chains and provides a new method to study the trust problem of the E-commerce.
