Abstract :
The concept of green intellectual capital has become an important source of competitive advantages. The purpose of this research is to develop measures of green intellectual capital and prioritize these indicators in businesses. Content analysis and the analytic hierarchy process methods were adopted to collect and analyze data. According to the results, this study divides green intellectual capital into three main factors and nine indicators. The priority of sequence is: green structural capital, green human capital, and green relational capital. The results show that measures and prioritization of green intellectual capital and provide companies and managers with references to improve operating effectiveness. Measuring green intellectual capital can be used to help formulate business green culture, regulation, and strategy, provide some assessments for stakeholders and citizens. Managers can use green intellectual capital to improve the effectiveness and assessment of enterprise environment management.
