Abstract :
The sequence of the actions and the technological procedures that takes place during the cargo carriage, from the sender to the receiving point, could be represented by operators as well. These operators mathematically describe the transformations and physical operations with the cargo during the transportation process. In this work, the advised approach makes it possible to describe the transportation process by some mathematical model. So, that makes it possible to set the problems of the optimization of cargo transportation processes and to find the ways the problems could be solved. In the static models, there are operators that mathematically describe transformations of the cargo during the transportation process. Unlike the dynamic model they are delivered in constants. In the suggested dynamic model there are the distribution laws of the relevant random variables used. It makes the dynamic model more informative. Therefore, in case when there are two models (static and dynamic) in average, give the same result, the dynamic model can provide the possibility of process optimization. As, in the dynamic model, there is information of the possible deviation and the scatter of the results. The proposed model can evaluate the potential facilities of the road by the delivery time, as well as optimize the time of the cargo transportation process with given statistical parameters of vehicles´ interaction by choosing the right vehicle mode.
