Abstract :
This paper researches on the energy saving economy of the oil pipeline in gaosheng when the second heat station stops heating. First, every month total heat transfer coefficient is calculated according to the historical pipeline operation data and the temperature of the soil at the buried depth with the method of least squares. Second, basing on every month total heat transfer coefficient, the finite-element method is adopted to calculate operational parameters, and all the possible flow patterns and the parameters variation of oil physical characteristics are considered in every element. Subsequently the consumption of the electrical energy and natural gas is calculated according to the operational parameters. At last, the energy saving economic analysis is carried out.
