Abstract :
On the basis of the combination of virtual instrument and database technology, a fault diagnosis system for ship electromechanical system is developed. The whole structure, principle and key techniques are described in detail. Visual software is designed with the powerful tool, Visual C++. By using ODBC techniques, the problem of sharing data between Visual C++ and database is solved. Agilent data acquisition/switch unit is used to acquire data. The application indicates that the system is practical and applicable.
