Abstract :
Intuitionistic fuzzy sets is an ideal point model for optimal decision-making on issues where expert opinions diverge in the process of risk recognition and independent in which is aggregated. In this study, the concept of intuitionistic fuzzy sets is defined and the intuitionistic fuzzy sets - ideal point model is developed for optimal decision-making. A case is given to demonstrate the application of this model.
