Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Considering redundant evaluation information and unreasonable weights because of interrelationship between factors in green degree evaluation of ship, this paper applying DEMATEL method to analyze the relationship between evaluation factors in detail, in order to decreasing their influence to evaluation result, and base on the advisement of interrelationship between factors, the weights are determined. Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on DEMATEL method is established and verified by practical examples, the result is consistent with the practical situation, which shows that the model is effective.
