Abstract :
Electronic products are one kind of high-tech products, with some unique characteristics, such as fast update rate, short product life cycle and so on. What feature will electronic products diversity and consumer preference show among different price range? This paper has collected the information of five kinds of electronic products (notebook, desktop, LCD television, digital camera, DV) from KaKaKu, which is the biggest EC website in Japan. After pretreating the data we have collected, this paper presents the analysis results in a visual figure form by using MATLAB toolboxes. Finally, we make use of technology innovation diffusion model together with adopter category theory to demonstrate the rationality of these results.
