Abstract :
With the rapid development of natural economy, hydraulic engineering is playing a more and more important role in national economy and flood control has become a crucial and direct affecting aspect in it. This paper, on a basis of digital signal processing methods, solves problems such as big errors of data, difficulty of system maintenance existing in artificial observation by means of embedded design approach and real-time monitoring. The embedded linux operating system, the software platform adopted in this paper, makes use of FPGA, and it can control the whole system, facilitate the debugging and improves the system confidentiality. Also, this system can be applied in video surveillance in some related industries.
