Abstract :
Location based service (LBS) is applied to mobile industrial and commercial administration GIS (MICA-GIS) in this paper. Firstly, the architecture of MICA-GIS is proposed and its main components are discussed. Moreover, two key technologies, grid based administration and mobile terminal of MICA-GIS, are analyzed. Finally, a conclusion is given.
