Abstract
The abrasion phenomenon in the inner surface of the stator of a double acting vane pump(DAVP) is easily happened, especially in suction mineral oil area, when the pump is working. In order to solve the problem, the theoretical analysis is studied and the mathematical model is established in the paper. Therefore, the conclusions are reached as follows: the force applied on the vane of the DAVP set up along radius direction is less than that on the vane set up forward incline direction, at the same time, the abrasion of the inner surface of the stator is much smaller.
