Abstract
Based on the principle of sulfuric acid production and analysis of heat-benefit utilization, seeking the best way in energy cascade utilization, in terms of an application on cogenerating heat and power in a chemical company, the author comprehensively analyzed waste heat utilization and optimization of configuration, at the same time, analyzed the insufficient for the waste heat recovery program and pointed out that measures to improve the efficiency of waste heat utilization. This will provide important theoretical basis and experiences for reference to further the implementation of energy conservation and pollution reduction and energy system optimization in sulfuric acid enterprises.
