Abstract
For the complex environment of coal mine, there are many noises and random errors, which make larger location error in coal mine, lead to the difficulty of finding the precise positions of staff. This paper presented an improved location algorithm based on time average, which was the characteristics of lower computational complexity, less communication cost and stronger anti-interference ability. Having been simulated, the results were proved that this algorithm could decrease the impact caused by noise interference and random error efficiently. The positioning error was down to 0.5m, compared with tradition method it was increased by 50%.
