Abstract :
The method of experience heuristics or qualitative analysis has been used by manual air pressure balance to determine the size and location of pressure balance facilities. Because of the complexity of ventilation net, the pressure balance effect is bad, the effect of controlling the spontaneous combustion fire of gob isn´t obvious. According to the characteristics of air pressure balance for fire control, this paper introduces the design and effect analysis of auto air pressure balance system for fire control based on low cost and high reliability, self-regulating and balancing differential pressure of air leakage to reduce air leakage and control coal spontaneous combustion in goaf effectively. Based on the relationship of pressure change and air leakage at both ends of pressure balance area, pressure regulation redundancy is determined. The system will regulate differential pressure of air leakage in the prescriptive range automatically. This paper presents numerical simulation and effect analysis of pressure balance, which has a important guide significance for using auto air pressure balance system for fire control to prevent coal spontaneous combustion in goaf.
