Abstract :
With the development of network technology, due to the deficiencies of traditional calibration technology, a tele-calibration plan of thermocouple and resistance is presented. Combing the Data Socket with the Remote panel technology and Virtual Instrument technology, this system realizes remote temperature control, multi-channel data acquisition, video monitoring, network data transmission and remotely completes the calibration process. Experimental results show that the tele-calibration improves the efficiency of the calibration, it allows the calibration anytime and anywhere possible, transmission of data are accurate. The system provides a friendly user interface. Meanwhile, it ensures the reliability and real-time of network communication.
