Abstract :
In the process of checking products quality, there are mis-acceptance and mis-rejection that come from random measuring error. By analyzing the relationship between the measuring error and the measuring value, a new method which decreases the misjudgment probability of products is presented. After revealing the distributing law on measuring value of over-tolerance and in-tolerance products under the condition of steady process and measurement, the mathematics model of mis-acceptance and mis-rejection probability function is established and the data table of misjudgment probability function is designed. Using the data table, the misjudgment probability of products can be decreased effectively. Finally, the quality control of products manufacture is analyzed based on the data table of the misjudgment probability for actual application.
