Abstract :
Cutter as an essential manufacturing tool, its information model is widely used in varied information systems in manufacturing. In order to achieve the integration in different information systems and solve the problem that cutter information model is difficult to reflect model information diversity in system integration process, a model based on heterogeneous data is given. A three-layer separation model built method is applied to initialize the cutter information model. To solve the defects of common identification method, cutter information identification method based on GUID is put forward. This method ensures the uniqueness of cutter information in each integration system and provides good conditions to achieve the unified integrated platform.
