Abstract
The results of experimental investigations of microwave propagation on land-sea boundary are presented in this paper. One part of equipment was placed on the coast, inside the radome; another part of equipment was placed on sea platform. The main attention was paid to microwave phase progression measurements in relation to weather conditions. Unique results on fluctuations of amplitude and especially microwave phase progression were obtained. The method description and the scheme of measurement equipment are presented in paper. The daily electrical measurements and synchronous meteorological observations are presented in paper.
