Abstract :
In this paper, a push-push oscillator array using directional phase shifters is presented. The oscillator array consists of the positive feedback push-push oscillator including directional couplers and a phase shifter. The phase shifter consists of a π/2 hybrid circuit and varactor diodes. The oscillation signal of the positive feedback circuit is divided into the positive feedback loop and the directional phase shifter between the push-push oscillators by directional coupler. It is possible to change the output phase t by using both directional couplers and the phase shifter. In experiment, 140 degrees the phase shift is obtained between two oscillators at 16.25 GHz. The output power of the second harmonic signal is +4.17 dBm~+7.00 dBm.
