Abstract
In this paper, a microwave transmitter module integrating a slot ring array antenna, a Push-Push oscillator and a PSK modulator with simple structure is presented. The oscillator generates high frequency signal with low cost. The modulator achieves a RF direct modulation with a simple structure as well. In the slot array antenna, the cross component has been suppressed enough due to the complementary effect of the mirror symmetrical arrangement. The module can generates high frequency signal and is realized with low cost and compact size by using the Push-Push principle and a double-sided MIC technology.
