Abstract :
Power utilization is the significant component of Smart Grid. However, existing technologies of power utilization is not systematic and have no specific program of adaptation to Smart Grid. This paper mainly studies the technical requirements and the development direction of the power utilization component in Smart Grid and puts forward a framework design of smart power utilization system that incorporates the technological features of Smart Grid, then explains the power flow and information flow and the characteristics of the system. This design constructs the microgrid of users, switches in distributed generation and optimizes the demand side management, to make the link of power utilization more economic, flexible, accessible, reliable and user-friendly.
