Abstract :
Optical digital substation protection equipment on-site debugging technology, Energy Measurement, Conformance Test Platform is the key for extra(ultra) high-voltage substation to digitize and achieve smart grid. Achieved with the optical sensor applications in research breakthroughs, IEC 61850 standards promulgated, so network communication technology and the development of intelligent circuit breaker, digital has become the mainstream of the development of substation automation technology. As the number of substations in the network communication is very complex, it is necessary to its products and systems for conformance testing of communication behavior. Testing three different devices is to ensure the interoperability. That interoperability for communications services is to obtain the basis for functional interoperability, and for functional testing and engineering applications more closely.
