  • Abstract
    Against the question of low usage of practical Decentral Co-generation System, the prime constrained reason is got after investigation and study. The technique of Cooling or Heat Water Storage is given a brief introduction as its technical and economic superiority, then it is made that the starting program of reforming existing Decentral Co-generation System by utilizing cooling or heat water storage, and forcast its reform effect. The drawn conclusion can provide it with reference that engineering design and application of Decentral Co-generation System.
