Abstract :
As the information exchange media between electric meters and electricity sales systems, the smart card solves the recovery problems of electric bill. This paper in detail describes the process of CPU card in the pre-paid electricity sales management system and key management system. And from the standpoint of CPU card file structure, it puts forward the way of a multi-purpose card, avoiding the repeated production and distribution, reducing the burden of electricity sales management, and giving great convenience to users.
