Abstract :
In this paper, the measurement and assessment methods of the voltage deviation defined in the standards of International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), European Committee for Electrotechnical Standards Committee (CENELECEN) and China National standard (GB) are overviewed. The existing problems of voltage deviation assessment are discussed and analyzed in detail, combined with a case study using the proposed assessment indices in these standards. Base on the analysis and case study, the advices how to assess voltage variation disturbances are proposed for the standardization of our country on voltage deviation assessment of power quality.
