Abstract :
In order to avoid occurring the things of forging or changing the measurement verification seal and stealing station resources, study and design the forgery-proof electronic seal of RFID. It improves the defensive level than the traditional defensive and prevents forging and changing the seal of measurement. When using with card reader on palm(palm machine), it is very convenient for checking up on the spot. By using it, the seal management in the measurement verification center of electric power can achieve the microcomputer automation management.
