Abstract :
As technology and economic development, the requirements of community power quality, continuity and reliability are increasing. Contradiction between supply and demand will become more and more prominent. Power distribution system is an important part of the user connection. It is directly related electrical safety and reliability to the user. At present 10 kV Substation is and implementation of power facilities, it undertakes the important task of the city power supply. Therefore, increasing the reliability is an important power enterprises comprehensive work of sustainable development. We must analysis the reliability of power supply which existed in the 10 kV Substation. And to seek the methods and the measures of improving power supply reliability. Starting from the factors which affecting the supply reliability, we expand equipment, operations, computer-based surveillance, communications local area network, optical technology, operation and management in four aspects of intelligence.
