Abstract :
With the voltage level of the power grid upgrading, the existing of the electromagnetic loop network may be not propitious for security and stability of power system. This paper analyzes the coupled electromagnetic loop network operation issues of Hebei southern power grid, checks the decoupled program proposed by the “11th Five-Year Plan”, and optimization of the program based on the concept of Pareto. The final recommendations are given.
