  • Abstract
    The residual stress affects the corrosion, craze, fatigue strength mechanics performance, and so on, which strongly affects the material physics and mechanics performance as well and does harm to the structure. A method of the residual stress dynamic measurement is advanced to measure the distribution of residual stress in thick prestretched aluminum plate. In the measuring process, the dynamic resistance strain instrument was used to accurately measure the releasing process of stress and collected the strain changes data with time changing, It not only get the status and the distribution of 3D residual stress, but also get the releasing velocity trend of 3D residual stress, which is very significant in engineering.
