Abstract
A process model of closed-loop agriculture supply chain based on popular and practicable supply-chain operations reference model is built here, whose closed-loop framework structure and process decomposition ensure environmental performance of a multi-layered supply chain. Based on agriculture supply chain performance system, the supply chain process is measurable and is an insightful conceptual framework that can be used to guide operation coordination in agriculture supply chain. Then a fuzzy multi-criteria decision making method is employed to measure its performances including costs and benefits and identify the weak link. For application, a agriculture supply chain case is simplified to illustrate and verify the proposed model.
