  • Abstract
    It is summarized the development and research actuality of straightening machine for Chinese and oversea. For straightening and reshaping, it is analyzed there are tow kind of approaches: considering spring-back straightening and assistant controlling by means of digital modeling (FEM). For heavy beam, according to the straightening and reshaping technical processes, the reasons which quality can be not controlled very well are analyzed, and then the feasibility of solving straightening and reshaping problems s is discussed by the technical parameter. Furthermore, through modeling intelligent system, the implementing method and work flow are discussed and described.
