Abstract :
According to the feature that the quality of the freight service is affected by many factors, a multi-hierarchy system is designed by analyzing the factors´ feature to evaluate the service quality. In order to solve the problem, the method combined AHP and multi-hierarchy fuzzy comprehensive evaluation has been used in example and the results are satisfactory.
