  • Abstract
    This paper is looking at the radio-electronic hardware-software systems, which reliability is determined by hardware as well as software. Suggested reliability model of such units has very high degree of adequacy, is flexible to its parameters changes and allows to solve problems of multiple analysis at acceptable time limits for the designer.
