Abstract :
A portable electromyographic measurement system has been designed and developed in conjunction with an inshoe foot pressure measurement system called Gaitscan. The resulting system provides six channels of EMG and sixteen channels of foot pressure, eight per insole. Normals, diabetics and patients with anatomical foot deformity have been assessed.
