Abstract :
We have developed an anti-cancer-agent-containing capsule which has a core made of thermo-sensitive ferromagnetic amorphous particles. In an impressed magnetic field, the capsule was experimentally shown to regulate its own temperature according to the amorphous Curie point, to generate sufficient heat for intra- tissue hyperthermia, and to release the anti-cancer agent slowly.
