Abstract :
A PC-based real time system for noninvasive detection of coronary artery disease (CAD) is described. The ADCAD system allows a relatively untrained operator to start an automatic sequencing process which includes acquisition of diastolic heart sounds, display, real-time editing and artifact rejection, diastolic segment isolation, and various spectral analysis techniques.
