Abstract
Our concern is the realization and the utilization of a computerized tool in orthopaedic surgery for a better schedule and execution of the reconstruction of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) of the human knee in the field of orthopaedic surgery. A critical stage for this operation is the correct positioning of the neo ligament. The utilization of a sort of computerized tool, that we may call "knee- navigator", can be very useful for the achievement of an isoietric positioning of the neoligaient. We utilize arthroscopic images and computer graphics and processing techniques.
