Abstract :
A non-invasive pacing system consisting of a novel hexapolar gastro-oesophageal (GO) electrode and pulse generator has been developed. Stable atrial, ventricular and AY sequential pacing was easily established in 26 of 28 patients attempted (93%) using this system.
