  • Abstract
    A mathematical method has been developed to perform a comparative study of the contrast for any NMR imaging sequence. Contrast functions are introduced, which enables the determination of experimental values leading to the obtention of T1 ρ or T2-weighted images. The proposed method has been applied to the classical Spin Echo and Inversion Recovery sequences and could be applied to all type of sequences.
