Abstract :
We have developed a new technique to estimate inverse multiple dipole solutions from body surface Laplacian maps (BSLMs). The surface Laplacian of the body surface potential has been employed to estimate equivalent dipoles. It is found, through computer simulations, that the inverse multiple dipole solutions using the BSLMs have much greater spatial resolution than those using body surface potential maps (BSPMs).
