Abstract :
A 3D image processing of NMR images provides curves and surfaces of cornea and lens. Images are segmented by a 3D edge detector. Deformable models allow to close edges and to obtain smooth surfaces of the organs. Curvatures are derived from the analytical representation of the surface.
