Abstract
A moment-based operator for 3D edge detection has been already proposed for isotropic description of medical data sets. This paper presents its generalization to anisotropic volume data. Two solutions, based on implicit "deformation" and "interpolation" model, are briefly described. This comparison is conducted on real data and discussed.
